On Saturday night, we had an absolutely delicious meal. Bill worked his magic - I even loved the turnips!
Sunday we woke to the pretty snow covering most everything outside. Here are a few pictures of us shoveling. I had never done it before, so I thought it was particularly fun :)

I am happy to report that I truly enjoyed reading about the "Brand New Midwesterners" exploits.
Farrell, the photos and writings are great! Thanks for the kind words about the post Thanksgiving meal; I enjoyed preparing the meal for the four of us.
My back finally recovered, it is attributed to, too much standing in the kitchen!
Next time, I'll sit at the kitchen table and prepare the fixings for the meal.
