A Grandma T Visit!

Grandma T came to visit! She got here on Wednesday and brought the finest weather we've seen all year. Thank you! We went to the park LOTS of times. Here are Grandma T and Hank sitting at the edge of the park watching the El trains go by. Hank LOVES to do this now!

Kathleen took us out to dinner at Rockwell's, our fave kid-friendly place. Look how light it is outside! Loving the spring!

Thursday was another gorgeous, park-filled day. Friday was beautiful again. Kathleen and I loaded up Hank and drove downtown to pick Craig up from work. We got to go upstairs and see everybody which was really fun. Hank loved showing off his new walking skills and loved seeing all the computers!

After that, we drove to the wholesale fish place (packed!) for some yummy tuna for that night. Then, we took Grandma T to Superdawg. Of all the times she's been here, she's never had a Chicago hotdog!! Well, we had to correct that :)

Saturday, we had an Easter brunch, and it we were so happy that Kathleen was here to meet some of our Chicago friends. We had a really nice time. Here is Craig with his friend Caroline - Craig went to high school with Karen, Caroline's mom. So happy that Kathleen got to catch up with Karen and meet Caroline - why didn't we get a picture?!
