Saturday - spicy provolone sliders for lunch; grilled mustard-brown sugar salmon
Sunday - eggs florentine (my favorite of the weekend!!); white-wine cilantro grilled gulf shrimp
How spoiled am I??
Despite my aching back, I had a wonderful weekend hanging out with my boys. In addition to the above mentioned culinary wonders, the fam played at home and made several trips to the park. And last but certainly not least, Craig and Hank picked out a super cool camera for me!!! A Canon Rebel xsi. I've been eyeing it for some time and am so excited about it. I had it shipped to Memphis (Hank and I are heading down on Thursday), and I can't wait to use it!!
Hank, I love you to pieces, and I feel so extraordinarily blessed to be your momma. And Craig - thank you for making my stay-at-home-ness a possibilty and being the best hubby and daddy. You both mean the world to me.

Wow-what a weekend! We are here if you need us while you are in Memphis. I can't wait to see you and Hank! I know Dupree left my number so call us anytime! Afternoon playdates are always a hit!
